Sundays With Crissy Try Out

Hi Everyone
I hope your all having a great Saturday :-) I'm adding this card i have just put together as my try out to be on Crissy Armstrongs new DT for her Challenge blog:-) I fell in love with this little girl when I saw her at as one of Crissy's new digis at Whimsy stamps, I enjoyed coloring her with my Copic markers, added a hint of ultra fine glitter on her bubbles, used multiple DP patterns from DCWV spring time pad, and Bazzill CS. I added sewing on the layers which I'm a little scared of since I have not done too much sewing in the past few years but wanted to try ! My butterfly is a MS punch with added starfish tattered angels glimmer mist, a little glitter and some flat backed pearls, Prima rhinestone flouish I cut up and added and Prima and Wild Orchid Crafts flowers to the top of my card ...I pop dotted the bottle of her bubbles by cutting an extra bottle out of another image to give it a 3-D effect:-) I guess that's it on my card, I had a blast with her and oh I used sketch #94 from Friday sketchers blog, because i liked how it all worked together with my image:-)
Have a great one today

Happy Friday Everyone:-)

This weeks prize is a choice of 3 digital stamps from the Crafts 4 Eternity collection.
You can see the whole collection HERE.
To be in with a chance of winning you must include ALL of this weeks recipe ingredients in your project.
Full rules are in the sidebar.
RECIPE
1. Use the sketch
2. Use a Film Title
3. Use some corrugated card.
I decided to use my Cute Tilda Mermaid and make my Title "the Little Mermaid" I took a few strips of corrugated cardboard and painted it with MM Paint, then I used Tattered angels marshmallow Glimmer Mist to add a hint of sparkle since it wasn't looking right for some reason to me:-)
the DP is from Doodlebug, CS is Bazzill, I used Copics to color my mermaid,Ultra fine glitter was added to spots on her scales, and then I coated her tail with Diamond Glaze, after it was dry I found a bottle of mermaid stickles and added a bit here and there on her scales to add dimension to all her lovely iridescent scales, I masked her off and sprayed Tattered Angels Sea glass Glimmer Mist on the background of the image. I used my Nesties for the scalloped circle. the Prima Pearls were cut up and added to my card, last thing added was the cute shell charm I found in my charm container and added it with a tiny safety pin. I made the sentiment on the Pc !
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Hugs
Michele

Crafts 4 Eternity Recipe Challenge recipe #29

Hi Everyone:-)
Bet you thought I was Missing?? No Its been hectic with My 5th grader and testing and parent teacher conferences. I also decided to tear apart the craft room, to give myself more space.
Ingredients are:
This sketch here above,
Use some fabric
Use the colors black & white
So I used one of my cute Greeting Farm stamp I recently got which I did add colors too, I stamped her again on a thin piece of white cloth and only cut her legs out to make it look like white stockings:-) Clever on my part because I was having an issue using a piece of cloth on it, I don't know maybe it was brain block., Haha I used a MS punch for the white piece of CS and added a piece of black trim on it to Jazz it up! I colored my image with Copic markers and added Stickles in red to her shoes and earrings:-) I black & white piece of DP from my stash and a piece of black glitter paper which was interesting in sticking the other layers to! and a few flat backed pearls. I hope you enjoy her:-) Please go check and see what the other Dt members came up with, and if you have time please join us for the challenge
